Do you want to fine-tune your swim strokes? Or perhaps you want to beat your personal best. We have the program for you in our Swim Stroke Training opportunities below. In our Swim stroke training, we work hard with our swimmers to work on their leg kick, timing, arm cycles and breath work. When a swimmer works on all four of these areas, separately and together, this will result in a huge improvement in their speed and endurance and overall swim success.
Our Stroke Lab focuses on perfecting various strokes, ensuring that front crawl, breaststroke and back crawl are streamlined and efficient. Students will work on building endurance and increasing speed, creating and working towards personal goals throughout the session.
